Previously, one might have seen a picture of me looking less than fantastic as I was freezing my a$$ off in the windy cold outside at Wrigley Field. It is sad and unfair that my best friend would direct someone to look at that picture as a basis for what I look like. Here is a much better picture of me....

Cubs Win!!!

We had such a great time at the game today, the weather was perfect and the Cubs Won! The Cardinals lost, but Jim Edmonds hit their only home run. He's fantastic! Too bad the plays for the other team...

Anyway, we had a lot of fun. Here are pictures of Steve and I enjoying the game, and Jason and Steve W. enjoying each other....

Here's our favorite feline, Howie. He's a pedigreed russian blue (given his psychological "handicap" we've often wondered whether there is a mistake with his papers and if they should actually read inbreed). Who knows?

CUBS HOME OPENER!!!

So, Steve's birthday is tomorrow...

I just dont' know what I'll gift to him. Hmmm, maybe tickets to the Cubs Home Opener!

I had a great thought, I thought. It's supposed to rain :o(

Anyway, I wouldn't ordinarily care about a lousy Cubs game, but I guess since they were great sports last season while the WHITE SOX were working on winning the World Series I don't have much of a problem with them. As a matter of fact, I am going to cheer for both teams every game they play, with exception to the games played against one another in an effort to see a World Series between the Sox & Cubs! I recognize that it is very, very unlikely! Wouldn't it be fun though?

My New Blog...

So, I’ve just created my very own blog! I couldn’t be more excited. Moreover, I’m interested in seeing just how many people are crazy/interested enough to read it! This should be oodles of fuN!

This is one from our vacation. It was taken from the Spanish restaurant where I was introduced to Sangria...fantastic! that's all i have to say about that!

Steve made some sangria this weekend, we enjoyed it during the Sox home opener, D.H. and Big Love...my new favorite show (http://www.hbo.com/biglove/?ntrack_para1=leftnav_category0_show1) complete smut! it's a beautiful thing. i guess that'll have to be all for now.
